    🎉 Hello! I've been watching your videos for a couple of weeks and you've taught me some cool stuff. I bought a book by David Carradine teaching Tai Chi from home but the moves described in book do not appear anywhere on UA-cam. I've uploaded a short of me doing one of the moves. Could you possibly view it for me and tell me if it's an actual Tai Chi move?

    • @Taiflow
      @Taiflow 2 дні тому

      @@ingostelz Tai Chi is a slow martial art. The Chinese say they play Tai Chi and they also call it a type of slow shadow boxing. The Tai Chi movements have martial applications. Qi Gong means the practice of energy. We move and stretch our body to release the blocks in the meridian pathways. Tai Chi can also be Qigong but Qigong is not Tai Chi because it doesn’t have the martial applications of Tai Chi. Both are based on Traditional Chinese medicine and the meridian pathways but Qigong is more focus on improving your health rather than a fighting art. A good martial artist will always have a Qigong practice as well.

    I never put on anyone else, what I can not live myself, I don't give into hypocrisy or double standards, because I, my nation and my people group suffer from oppression and the world and everyone exceeds at our expense. While giving us the silent treatment, and robbing us of our voice. It makes us stronger, because for us its a No, and its a non participation into the world, nations, and also the divine and spiritual groups or any group because they are predatory and parasitical, always drawing upon the invisibile support, always taking and never giving and when we go through the worst no one is there, no one is coming and we have to sort it out. So why you focus on everyday life and relationships, I focus on all relationships and standards. Everyone falls short. At present, its for some and not for all. The ones seeking after the higher all the time, and not doing any lower work, puts an unfair bias, advantage and workload, pressure on those that are in the lower. The lower is important, because its foundational and builds stronger foundations for everything. You can't go into the higher and stay there until you have done the lower and completed that no one should be doing your work for you, No one. But all the time people are chasing after that which they have not access to, but want what they don't deserve, or want what they see as the best, but it becomes the worst, simply because of the bias towards the lower in life. And how they treat others they deem beneath them. Which is why we have an earth and majority of people chasing after fantasy, imagination, dreams, that are not true, real and are false, simply because they have not accepted themselves and how they are and their lives, so they can not do that for others. They are not who they really are and they don't live up to what they say, because they are simply living a lie. That standards, and terms can not always be about you, it also has to include the other and needs to be balanced, fair and true or its a No and gets a No from us. Even though the world wants to shut us out, you can't because we are part of this earth, whether people like it or not and if its not true, false, right, good, just its a No in all things, and its not getting any help and support, not a healthy relationship it is not going to last and will end. We are not having anymore people being predatory and parasitical, living lies and being deceitful. You might hope for yourselves, my hope is for all and includes all. All false relationships and ways of relating, end.
